Fabián Gauna joined Chico & Nunes, P.C. in 2017 where his practice focuses on municipal law, land use, and real estate. Mr. Gauna helps guide clients through the zoning and permitting process, representing landholders who seek to enjoy the full rights and benefits of the properties they own.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Gauna served as Counsel for the Chicago Park District where he handled municipal law and land use issues, negotiated intergovernmental agreements, and represented the Park District in civil litigation and labor and employment matters.
Mr. Gauna received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he graduated in 2012. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Gauna served as a staff editor on the Journal of College and University Law and participated in the Thomas A. Finlay IV International Moot Court Tournament in Dublin, Ireland.
