Chico & Nunes, P.C. is seeking a highly motivated litigation associate with 1-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join its collaborative practice in Chicago. Additional experience in the areas of employment, construction, labor, and/or municipal law is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, research, and writing skills and a strong academic record, as well as practical experience in all phases of litigation including depositions, motion practice and trial. While practical experience is preferred, we will also consider recent law school graduates with an interest in litigation and a commitment to the development of these skills.
This litigation associate position offers the opportunity to work with knowledgeable partners on a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, contract negotiations, construction law, and labor & employment issues. The associate will regularly interact with clients one-on-one and have the opportunity to learn key business development skills from partners.
