Robertha Medina

Robertha Medina has over a decade of experience as a litigation paralegal. She primarily supports the firm’s business litigation, employment litigation and construction/OSHA practice areas, and has extensive experience with state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures in Illinois, as well as in various other jurisdictions.

She has managed large-scale document reviews in federal and state litigation; coordinated e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity and OmniX) for numerous clients; and managed document collection, data processing, and privilege logs for litigation, arbitration and government investigation matters.

Robertha also supports the firm’s business counseling and real estate and land use practice areas. She assists attorneys with drafting contracts and ancillary documents, analyzing and resolving due diligence issues, coordinating closings, and title and survey review.
