Katherine Anduaga provides paralegal services in support of the firm’s corporate, aviation, government contracting and procurement, and diversity certification practice areas. Ms. Anduaga’s extensive experience includes corporate and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions; the preparation of submissions in connection with government procurement responses; interfacing with government agencies in Illinois and other jurisdictions on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters; and numerous certification applications for minority, women, and veteran owned businesses.
While these services are generally provided in connection with transactions or other specific client matters, Ms. Anduaga also provides outsourced paralegal support for clients that have ongoing paralegal support needs. These outsourced paralegal services have included:
- Maintenance of corporate books and records, including stock records and board and shareholder resolutions
- Qualification, certification and license applications, renewals and maintenance, including professional and entity licensing for architectural, engineering and other professional services firms, business licenses, and other certifications for clients doing business with government agencies
- Periodic corporate filings, including annual reports, and filings to maintain foreign qualifications, fictitious names, and other authorizations
- Insurance support, including applications and renewals, claims submissions and claims management
- Fleet management, including coordinating vehicle titling, registration, insurance compliance, and lender fleet documentation management
- Contract management and document control (including managing archiving in Dropbox, DataRoom, SharePoint and other virtual repositories)
- Monitoring deadlines and assisting with applications to maintain diversity certification status across various jurisdictions
