Jerry Brown concentrates his practice in regulatory matters and general litigation as a Senior Attorney at Chico & Nunes, P.C. Regarding regulatory matters, Mr. Brown has extensive experience representing public utilities before the Illinois Commerce Commission, having handled matters such as rate increases, contract modifications, and approval of affiliated interest contracts. Mr. Brown has also represented public utilities in litigation related to billing disputes and theft of services.

Mr. Brown also has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has handled a wide variety of matters such as breach of contract, commercial paper fraud, real estate litigation, housing discrimination, Freedom of Information Act claims, actions for equitable remedies, and personal injury defense. In addition to his years of experience in private practice, Mr. Brown has served as an Attorney in the Chicago Board of Education Law Department in the Affirmative Litigation Division. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court of Nebraska, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
